Cafebility is a charitable organization and any payment/contribution made to the organization is treated as donation and our policy on the refund and cancellation of the donations received for the social cause on the payment gateway through the website as following;

• Donations received through the online payment gateway by Cafebility by principle will not be refunded or cancelled.
• The donations received by Cafebility will be reached to the poor and needy.
• If any in-kind support received by Cafebility will be provided to the poor and needy as required.
• Once a donation is received for a cause, will not be refunded to the donor. No cancellation of the donation will be accepted.
• Issues with payment gateway and banking is not addressed by Cafebility
• User agrees to the terms and condition before making payment.
